Erik Dithmer is a Global Vice President at Dell. In this role, Mr. Dithmer is responsible for leading sales, strategy and operations teams around the world.

Prior to this, Mr. Dithmer served as Vice President and General Manager of Small and Medium Business for Dell Americas. He has held numerous sales leadership roles across Dell’s Latin American business. As General Manager of Dell El Salvador and had responsibility for Latin American business sales for all countries in Latin America with the exception of Brazil and Mexico.

Before joining Dell in 1997, Mr. Dithmer founded and ran his own medium-sized business, a value-added reseller that focused on the printing and color-separation industry. He also has experience with Pfizer and Digital Equipment Corp.

Erik has an MBA from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Hartwick College.
