Teo comes to Endeavor from a journalistic background. His previous credits include the Columbia Journalism Review, where he freelanced as a fact-checker, and D Magazine, where he covered events ranging from the 2012 Texas GOP State Convention to the 2012 North Texas Beer festival. His writing has appeared on CJR.org and D Magazine, as well as Selected Shorts on NPR. At Endeavor, Teo works closely with the executive office on thought leadership and strategic communications.

He is Brazilian by way of Texas and graduated from Yale, where he earned simultaneous B.A. and M.A. degrees in history. In his spare time, Teo is an amateur cook, competitive tennis player, and semi-professional TV watcher.
