Endeavor Global

Tanvi joined Endeavor in August 2012 on the Entrepreneur Selection and Growth Team. She is responsible for working closely with the entrepreneurs and local offices throughout the selection process. Prior to joining Endeavor, Tanvi worked with a grassroots Indian NGO in Bangalore, helping them set up a social enterprise focused on improving the supply chain and marketing opportunities for rural artisans. She also worked with BRAC USA, an affiliate of the Bangladesh-based international development organization, where she focused on strategy and communications.

Tanvi graduated from New York University in 2010 with a degrees in Politics and Romance Languages. Given the international nature of her course of study, Tanvi spent her third year studying in Paris and Buenos Aires. A Detroit area native, Tanvi loves all things Detroit, traveling, and dance.
