Ludmilla worked at Endeavor Brazil for four years and developed several improvements and new projects related to Endeavor Brazil's digital presence. She focused on developing content, cultivating user engagement, and creating numerous social networking platforms. She also launched the first Endeavor magazine, which won a national award from Anatec and has a circulation of 110,000.
In addition to managing Endeavor Brazil's main fundraising events, Ludmilla also managed the office's participation in Global Entrepreneurship Week, a global initiative among 100+ to foster entrepreneurship. She built from scratch a network of more than 1,000 partners and a large entrepreneurship marketing campaign which reached over 33% of the population in the country. The campaign won three international awards.
Ludmilla has also taken part in several other startup initiatives such as Brazil Innovators Tech mission and the Silicon Valley initiatives Geeks on a Plane and Startup Weekend. Besides that, she is a writer for two nationwide business platforms: Results On and Pequenas Empresas Grandes Negócios, one of the main business magazines in Brazil.
As part of the Global team, Ludmilla will be based in UAE to support Endeavor's Middle East offices with outreach efforts. She strongly believes in the power of entrepreneurship to play a major role in the region.
