Lucy joined Endeavor Global’s Search & Selection Team in April 2011. She was previously an analyst at Centerview Partners, a New York-based investment banking advisory firm specializing in M&A for large-cap companies.

Lucy graduated from Princeton University in 2010 with an A.B. in History. While at Princeton, she pursued an interest in Latin American history and development by leading Cruz Blanca Initiative, a student-run organization dedicated to improving education in underprivileged Mexican communities. She volunteered as an ESL tutor for University staff and interned for the Department of Commerce in Cusco, Peru, where she was first exposed to microfinance.

A Boston-area native, Lucy loves following the markets (she previously interned at J.P. Morgan Equity Research), darkroom photography, hiking, and everything to do with the ocean.
