Joel Montgomery has worked in 21 countries, lived in five, and speaks three languages. He first joined Endeavor as an eMBA in Turkey in 2007 and after a two year hiatus, he’s returned as Director of International Expansion. Prior to Endeavor, Joel worked as a 2009 Fellow with Acumen Fund in Pakistan, where he supported a social enterprise that sold low cost irrigation systems to poor farmers. His adventures in Pakistan were captured in the PBS documentary, “The New Recruits.”

Joel has consulted with firms around the world in the areas of sales, marketing, business development, change management, and operations. He has also negotiated international contracts with corporations such as Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble, Colgate-Palmolive, S.C. Johnson, Unilever and Nestle. Joel has a MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and BS from Yale University.
