Jelena Djordjevic joined Endeavor Insight for a six-month externship. Prior to Endeavor, Jelena worked as a management consultant at Bain and Company, where she focused on private equity, technology and education cases and developed expertise in strategy and due diligence. She is also the Executive Director of Inspire, Inc, a volunteer-run non-profit consulting firm with 17 offices across the United States.

She has had on-the-ground experience as a Henry Luce Scholar at the Community Organizations Development Institute, a slum development and housing finance organization in Bangkok, Thailand, and a volunteer at Instituto Dois Irmaos, an education non-profit in the Rocinha favela of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Jelena graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, with a degree in Political Science. Born in Serbia and raised in the United States, Jelena enjoys traveling and learning foreign languages.
