Erin Barringer

Erin joined Endeavor Global in September 2011 as a Harvard Business School Leadership Fellow to work with the Center for High-Impact Entrepreneurship. In this role, Erin develops research and publications on High-Impact Entrepreneurship in emerging markets and provides analytic support for Endeavor's internal operations and impact assessment.
Prior to Endeavor, Erin was a consultant at Dalberg Global Development Advisors, a strategy consulting firm that focuses on economic and international development. At Dalberg, Erin worked on a variety of projects, including market entry strategies, business plan designs and investment evaluations for organizations across Africa, Asia and Latin America. Erin also worked as a summer portfolio associate at Acumen Fund, evaluating investment opportunities in health care ventures in East Africa and Southern Asia.
Erin received her MBA from Harvard Business School, where she was the COO for the Social Enterprise Club and received a Social Enterprise summer fellowship. She received her BA from Harvard College, cum laude with high honors in History of Science with certificates in Health Policy and Spanish. While at Harvard, Erin was on the Harvard Crew team and ran several student volunteer organizations. In her free time, Erin enjoys travelling to as many new places as possible, running and skiing.
