Daniela is Endeavor's Vice President for EMEA. In this role, she is responsible for leading our expansion in the region, supporting affiliate's operations as well as managing the global pre and post-selection experience for entrepreneurs in Egypt, Greece, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey and UAE. She's familiar with in-country operations since she was a key member of the Endeavor Mexico team for 3 years, in both Search & Selection and Entrepreneur Services (2004-2006).

Daniela joined Endeavor Global as Director of Entrepreneur Services in January 2010. After working for 3 years (2006-2009) in an entrepreneurial Mexican company called Biblomodel, a $40m enterprise with operations in the Mexican and US markets. She started at Biblomodel as Business Development Manager and her last position was Managing Director of one of the company's divisions.

She holds a BA in International Business from Universidad Anahuac Norte in Mexico city, and has participated in a number of leadership programs such as the Stanford-Endeavor Leadership Program and the American Express Leadership Academy at Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Daniela is based in New York and is passionate about sports, especially soccer and tennis.
