International Expansion

Cindy Ko is Vice President of International Expansion at Endeavor, where she is in charge of accelerating the impact of Endeavor’s model through expansion into new countries and regions. Since joining Endeavor, she has led the organization’s growth in the Middle East North Africa region. She is currently focused on expanding Endeavor’s model into Asia.

Cindy graduated from the Harvard Business School (HBS), where she was among a small group of students selected for the school’s prestigious Leadership Fellowship. She has been profiled by the school as an outstanding alumna in the field of social enterprise, and is featured in an HBS case study. She has been a strong advocate for High-Impact Entrepreneurship and has spoken on numerous industry and academic panels and featured on television.

Her passion for emerging markets and entrepreneurship started early with her studies at Wellesley College, where she graduated with a B.A. magna cum laude in International Relations/Political Economy. Her international work experience ranges from investment banking at Goldman Sachs in New York, to research analyst for a private investment firm in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, to marketing manager for Coca-Cola in Mexico City.

Cindy is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a former Fulbright Fellow. She is currently based in Singapore, and is dedicated to establishing Endeavor’s presence in the ASEAN region.
