Bianca Martinelli joined Endeavor Global in March 2011 as Director of Entrepreneur Services after 4 years working at Endeavor Brazil.

Having worked on the Search and Selection and the Entrepreneur Services teams, she has acquired extensive experience in analyzing business models and supporting entrepreneurs in order to accelerate their companies' growth, enhance efficiency and improve management processes while keeping up with the highest ethical standards.

As Portfolio Director on the Endeavor Global Entrepreneur Services team, Bianca provides global services to Endeavor Entrepreneurs from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Indonesia, Uruguay and South Africa.

Bianca holds a BA in Business Administration from FGV-EAESP in São Paulo-Brazil, with a concentration in International Management from Unniversità Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan-Italy. In 2011, she graduated from the executive Program ECLA (Entrepreneurship and Competitiveness in Latin America) at Columbia University.

Bianca currently lives in NYC and is passionate about music, traveling and of course, entrepreneurship.
