Based in San Francisco, Allen leads Endeavor’s efforts to connect its portfolio of 450+ high-growth companies with US-based mentors and investors. Having established Endeavor's west coast presence, Allen is now focused on leading the Endeavor Investor Network – a new initiative designed to connect US-based venture capitalists with high-impact entrepreneurs and local investment partners across Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa. Over the past 24 months, Endeavor has helped 60+ Endeavor companies raise over $200m in equity capital through customized mentoring, support and introductions.

Previously, Allen spent three years in Endeavor’s New York headquarters, running the firm’s rigorous search and selection process. Prior to joining Endeavor, Allen co-founded and directed the US-based non-profit organization Princeton in Latin America (PiLA) and spent time in Europe supporting program expansion for the London-based NGO GuideStar International. Following his graduation from Princeton University with a degree in German Culture and European Politics and a certificate in Latin American Studies, Allen spent time as a Fulbright Scholar in Berlin, Germany.

A native Californian and travel enthusiast, Allen has studied, worked and traveled in over 70 countries. He has been recognized as a Kauffman Fellow and one of the “Top 99 Under 33 Young Foreign Policy Leaders.” His passions include languages, innovation, the photographic culture of the 1920s, and all things Argentine.
