Ali Ayala

Ali Ayala comes to Endeavor with a background in theatre production and management. She holds a degree from Wake Forest University in Theatre and International Studies. She began working at Endeavor in February 2010 as a temp but has recently joined the team in the full time capacity of Office Manager. Ali is the resident director and one of three producers of Blue Box Productions and works closely with downtown playwrights, directors, actors, and designers to develop and produce new theatrical works. Ali has directed over forty plays for Blue Box's long running play series Sticky at Bowery Poetry Club. Additionally, she has collaborated with Columbia playwrights on their M.F.A thesis projects for the Columbia Stages New Voices Festival and directed students at NYU's Atlantic Acting School. Prior to Endeavor, Ali has spent the past several years in NYC involved in various aspects of theatrical production, holding positions including director, producer, acting coach, stage manager, box office personnel, production properties assistant, and house manager.
