Ernst & Young managers from the United States and Canada spend seven weeks working on-site with the Endeavor Entrepreneur’s company. They leverage their professional expertise to support the Entrepreneur on finance or human resources consulting projects, at no cost to the Entrepreneur. Past projects include evaluating technology solutions, improving financial reporting, and creating a survey that led to organizational climate improvement initiatives.
