Endeavor and Columbia Business School launched the Entrepreneurship and Competitiveness in Latin America Program (ECLA), an executive education program aimed at equipping Endeavor Entrepreneurs from Latin America with the skills, tools, and mindset to prepare for today’s ever-changing global business climate. Relying on the expertise of faculty from Columbia Business School and the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Buenos Aires, this program provides entrepreneurs with the opportunity to develop as leaders and to transform their businesses into globally competitive operations.
