Company Snapshot
The son of a warehouse manager in a small town in Southern Chile, Victor is a serial entrepreneur who started his first ventures at age 12 when he rented out bikes and sold berries. In 1994, he founded MaxService, a vertically integrated company that acts as a manufacturer, importer, distributor, and retail operator for industrial safety goods such as gloves, safety boots, and rain jackets — more than 3,000 items in all. Its sophisticated sales force and product offering has made it the leading supplier of safety goods in Southern Chile.
Endeavor and Max Service
Victor is actively receiving assistance in the area of corporate governance and organizational structure, as well as e-commerce strategy.
He has helped recommend and interview pipeline candidates, and supported Endeavor’s rebuilding missions after the Chilean earthquake.
