Founded in 2009 by three recent college graduates, PedidosYa offers an online solution for ordering food delivery, bringing together restaurants and users across Latin America. Restaurants, enticed by streamlined order processing and a new sales channel, are signing on to the PedidosYa platform at a rapid clip, and hungry people are flocking to the website’s easy-to-navigate interface. With financing from some of the region’s top VCs, PedidosYa is quickly scaling in what promises to be a multibillion dollar market for online food delivery.
