Miguel Santos the founder and CEO of Technisys (technisys.com), the digital banking venture backed company. Technisys offers an Omni-Channel software platform that help banks to increase sales, differentiate through customer experience and be efficient, and a Core Banking solution for the bank of the digital age. The company has opened offices in US, Brazil, Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia, Chile, Uruguay and Argentina. Technisys is now serving banks such as ABN Amro, BBVA, Banco Estado de Chile, Banco Falabella, Banco Original, BROU, BSCH, Citibank, GlobalBank, Hipotecario, Improsa, Itau, HSBC, Patagonia and Sudameris. In 2014 the company raised 13MM for its B-Series from top investors such us Intel Capital, Alta Ventures, KaszeK, Holdinvest and Endeavor Catalyst with the clear objective of winning its market and doing an IPO in Nasdaq in the near future.
A few years ago he also started investing in technology based ventures with high growth potential where he can add value with his experience and network in areas such as digital finance, digital currencies, security and fintech in general.
In 2013, the Endeavor Entrepreneur featured a report from Stanford University presented in the World Economic Forum at Davos, as one of the 50 companies in the world showing fast growth. Regular speaker at Red Innova, BAI and other banking conferences, Miguel is a referent in financial technologies in Latin-America. He is also very active in inspiring entrepreneurs, giving lectures at Stanford, NYU and other important universities. Moreover, in 2014 he became a donor to Endeavor and investor at Red Innova. On the social and community side, Miguel is co-founder and financial supporter of DemocracyOS.org, a non-profit technology venture aimed to improve the citizenship participation in politics through the use of the new tools Internet can provide.
Last but not least, Miguel is a father of two, husband, snowboarder and DJ once in a while.
Endeavor and Technisys
