Founded in 1999, Trabajando.com is a rare case of an Internet portal that weathered the “dot-com” storm to find new life on the other side. More than just an online job site, Juan and Felipe’s site offers a wide range of services within the labor market, developing personalized recruitment process software, hosting job fairs and HR exhibitions, and offering a human resources consulting service. Trabajando.com has grown its reputation as one of the top job search engines in Latin America, Spain and Portugal, and has opened offices in 7 countries. Since selection by Endeavor, company revenues have grown by 260%.

Juan Pablo is also founder and CEO of the nonprofit Ayudando.com, aimed at helping NGOs in Latin America recruit volunteers. He also serves as a board member for Hogar de Cristo, a top NGO in Chile.

Endeavor and Trabajando.com

After selling a stake of the company in 2007, Juan and Felipe gained assistance expanding to Spain and throughout Latin America with the help of Endeavor offices in Mexica, Brazil, and Colombia.

In addition to raising considerable financing through the local Endeavor network, the Entrepreneurs have also benefited from Global programs (e.g., Top 25, Ernst & Young Fellows), Immersion Tour, and Entrepreneur Summit.

Demonstrating their commitment, the entrepreneurs have created a job search portal for Endeavor Chile.
