RealSoft, founded by Jordanian entrepreneur Ammar Sajdi in 2002, provides data-gathering, management, and analytics solutions for governments and businesses seeking to implement state-of-the-art information technology solutions in order to improve technical platforms, operational processes, and overall company performance. While RealSoft also offers other standard IT solutions, RealSoft has built his business on servicing governments in the MENA region by making turnkey national statistics solutions capable of managing the collection process of data for general censuses and national indicators like the Consumer Price Index (CPI). Ammar, a technician at heart, is turning his scalable products into a scalable business by building out his sales team and targeting longer-term contracts. In a market where an estimated 50% of all IT solutions fail to be implemented to the clients’ satisfaction, RealSoft has built a reputation on completing their projects on-time and ensuring customer satisfaction.
