Arizona’s trio of entrepreneurs (Guilherme, Alexandre, and Marcus) has
transformed a small graphics department into a one-of-a-kind technology
company with sector-leading expertise in marketing content optimization
that is quickly taking over the Brazilian market. The company offers a toolbox of technological solutions that provides clients with a customized solution while also streamlining the graphics production process, making it cheaper, faster and more efficient. Their clients include Coca-Cola, Natura, Santander and Carrefour.Most recently, the company opened a new office in Rio de Janeiro.

Since selection by Endeavor, the number of jobs has grown by 114%.

Endeavor and Arizona

The Entrepreneurs have benefited from Global services such as the eMBA and G-Lab programs, Immersion Tour, and Mentor Capital Program. They also participated in local PEG and MEG programs. Meanwhile, local mentors assisted in setting up a shareholder agreement and professionalizing the structure, and set up an advisory board with several VentureCorps members. On the branding front, Endeavor has also facilitated mentoring sessions with local ad agencies.
