Degree in Mechatronics Engineering in 1999 from the Polytechnic School of USP, founded in 2000 eCalc Software, a company that provides ERP for the printing industry, where permanceu as CEO until 2003, working as a partner advisor today. In 2004 he founded the Eizo, supplier of high resolution monitors for medical examinations and diagnosis and the communication industry, where he also serves as associate advisor today. In 2004 co-founded the Arizona Premedia where executive is responsible for the areas of product management, technology and finance. The Arizona is a business process automation marketing and communication, making communication with clients from leading brands in Brazil more flexible, fast and segmentanda, thereby improving their results. It is also angel investor in some technology companies like Guidu, information portal and services for Bars and Restaurants.

Arizona’s trio of entrepreneurs has transformed a small graphics department into a one-of-a-kind technology company with sector-leading know-how in graphic services that is quickly taking over the Brazilian market. The company offers a tool-box of technological solutions that provides clients a customized solution while also making the graphics production process cheaper, faster and more efficient. With US $7.7 million in 2006 revenues and 91 employees, the entrepreneurs are now poised for tremendous growth and aim to make Arizona the largest and most innovative company in its sector. Guilherme was selected as an Endeavor Entrepreneur in March 2007.
