What’s an ISP?

International Selection Panels represent the culmination of a rigorous search and selection process that identifies emerging market entrepreneurs leading innovative, scalable businesses. Candidates present before a panel of international business leaders who conduct interviews, debate each candidate’s merits, and then – only by unanimous vote – approve those who have the highest potential as the new class of Endeavor Entrepreneurs.
