SEARCH & SELECTION ASSOCIATE
NEW YORK CITY

Title: Search & Selection Associate
Reports To: Search & Selection Managers
Works with: Search & Selection Associates, Worldwide Search & Selection Team, Endeavor CEO, Endeavor Entrepreneurs, Network Members

Responsibilities

• Together with the rest of the 4 person S&S Team in New York City, oversee and coordinate Endeavor’s globally-managed, locally-run Search & Selection process to screen and select new Endeavor Entrepreneurs around the world.
• Working closely with in-country S&S staff, conduct due diligence on and help evaluate the growth potential of Endeavor Entrepreneur candidates as well as the businesses they lead. Write and edit detailed 6-8 page profiles (case studies), which are the culminating representation of Endeavor’s search process.
• Organize and attend Endeavor’s high-profile International Selection Panel events, held 4-6 times per year worldwide (Coming Panels will be held in Dubai, Colombia, UK, Istanbul, and Miami).
• Collaborate with and support Endeavor Global’s other teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in and passion for Endeavor’s mission
• Bachelor’s degree in any field with a strong academic record
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in business, consulting, finance, entrepreneurship and/or international development
• Superior interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Exceptionally strong English language writing skills
• Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic preferred
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Ability to work with a diverse team from numerous countries
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

Time Frame

• Available for interviews in January
• Preferred February start date
