Mission
Endeavor Insight is the research arm of Endeavor that seeks to deepen understanding of how high-impact entrepreneurs contribute to job creation and long-term economic growth in order to educate key constituencies, such as policy makers. In addition, Endeavor Insight seeks to serve as a knowledge center for high-impact entrepreneurs, VCs and others in order to provide useful information and tools that assist high-impact entrepreneurs as they grow their business.

Rhett Morris
Endeavor Insight

As the Director of Endeavor Insight, Rhett leads Endeavor’s research on high-impact entrepreneurship and emerging markets, directs the measurement of Endeavor’s impact and provides analytical support for Endeavor’s internal operations.
Before joining the Endeavor Global team, Rhett worked as a consultant at Bain & Company. There, he was engaged on a variety of projects focused on international growth strategy development, customer segmentation and acquisition, new product development, and organization redesign. He first worked with Endeavor as a volunteer while living in Buenos Aires in the fall of 2009. His previous work experience also includes serving as the confidential assistant to the mayor of Baton Rouge, LA.
Rhett earned an MBA from Vanderbilt University in 2007 and a bachelor’s degree in History from Louisiana State University in 2003.
Mike Goodwin
Endeavor Insight

Mike joined Endeavor in January 2013 as a Senior Associate with Endeavor Insight, where he helps spearhead efforts to understand and build ecosystems of high-impact entrepreneurs in emerging markets. He also supports research on Endeavor’s impact and provides analytical support to its internal operations.
Before landing at Endeavor, Mike worked as a Project Coordinator at Innovations for Poverty Action. In the course of his work researching small and medium sized enterprises and entrepreneurship, Mike lived in Ghana, India, the Philippines, and Peru. He packed his bags for this adventure after a stint as a consultant in Washington DC to major telecommunications companies.
When he isn’t travelling, Mike likes to explore markets, scuba dive, surf, camp, and take pictures. Originally from New York, he is a 2009 graduate of Johns Hopkins University with a degree in International Studies, Political Science, and Spanish.
